All of our recipients are intelligent, bold, and undeniably personable, making our work at The Bill H. James Foundation incredibly meaningful and worthwhile.
 
The foundation was established in memory of Bill James and his commitment to higher education in the field of engineering. The Foundation and scholarship address the need for diversity in the engineering field and to support the education of deserving students. The foundation will provide  scholarships to engineering students at accredited California institutions annually.
